Good Morning everyone Sandra Here and it is

 my turn to share a tutorial with you 

I have used the Ornate Oval Frame 

I started by Painting the frame with Blue Paint

On top of that I applies Sprinkled Sugar Stickles

This after drying adds Glitter and texture to the Frame 

Add your choice of paper to the Back piece of the Frame 

Fussy Cut out some of the Paper you are using 

And arrange in the frame making sure they are

 in the right place before Gluing

Add Embellishments to the frame 

Here is the Finished Frame
